Amazing workout tricks
Are you looking for inspiration for your next workout session at home? Then in this video, I give you my best workout tips and DIYs that will help you stay motivated and build some muscle.
You can take an old basketball, fill it up with sand and use it as a workout instrument.
I also show you how to make your own weights using cement and two plastic Coca-Cola bottles. This will be ideal for mild weight lifting.
To make your exercises more effecting take two empty milk bottles with handles on them and fill them up with little rocks form the beach. Then when exercising, you can hold them from the handles and perform your exercises.
I also show you some simple exercise techniques you can try while doing some chores. You can try the squads while doing the dishes, or you can do the side-lying adductor scissors while laying on the couch.
