In this first video in the series, I’m doing a plank exercise tutorial. My goal is to show you how to do a plank correctly, so we can safely do 24 days of planks without getting any injuries!
I’m showing you how to do a plank with a posterior pelvic tilt. I also take you through an elbow plank regression, called an elbow knee plank. That’s a great plank for beginners!
Of course, I’m also demonstrating some of the most common mistakes, so you know what to avoid doing.
