Turkish Getup Tutorial, Great Shoulder Exercise

I am a big fan of the Turkish Getup for improving strength, coordination, and shoulder stability.
This is the way I learned it, I don’t even remember how long ago, but I have been training this movement for years.

This can work great as a warmup for other training, or as a stand alone workout in itself.
