Fallout: New Vegas GECK Vanilla Companion Tutorial PART FOUR: Texture- and Nifskope-Edited Weapons

For part four of this vanilla-style companion tutorial, I’ll show how to edit .DDS texture files in Photoshop and GIMP2, how to create normal and specular maps, how to link edited textures to .NIF files, how to create simple Nifskope edits, and how to tie everything together in the GECK!
